Good to know

Your questions, answered

We follow yours. At the meet and greet we write down feeding times, portions, walk times, sleeping spots, house rules and anything they need help with, then keep to it as closely as we can.

You can send your pet's usual food, or ask about our optional prepared-food add-on. Before any food is offered, we record ingredients to avoid, allergies and sensitivities, including nut allergies. Medication is only given from clear written instructions agreed in advance.

Yes. Photos and a short note about how they're eating, sleeping and settling, at a frequency that suits you.

Only if you want them to be and both pets are suited to it. Nervous pets, cats and small animals are kept separate and given their own space.

Boarding and day care pets are in a home environment where Sam and Adi share care coverage, including clear handovers around meals, walks and rest. Quiet rest time remains part of the routine. For visits and walks, we agree on timing and duration before booking.

Bowls, food areas, bedding and shared spaces are cleaned as part of the daily routine and between guests. Dogs are not mixed automatically: temperament, comfort, your preferences and the meet and greet guide any introduction.

Food, bowls, bedding or a favourite blanket, lead and harness, medication with instructions, and your vet's details. Familiar smells make the first night much easier.

Let us know as early as you can and we'll do our best to move or release the dates. Cancellation arrangements are confirmed in writing when your booking is confirmed, so everything is clear up front.
