Every stay is written around your pet — their meals, their walks, their quiet hours. Tell us what normal looks like and we'll keep it that way.
Your pet stays with us in a calm family home — same bed, same routine, plenty of company.
A small number of guests at a time, so meals, medication and quiet time all happen the way they do at home. We'll ask about sleeping spots, favourite toys, walk times and anything that helps them settle in the first night.
Daytime company, play and rest while you're at work or away for the day.
Drop off in the morning, collect in the evening. A gentle rhythm of play, walks, feeding and long naps, with photos through the day so you know how they're going.
We stay at your place, so nothing about your pet's day has to change.
Ideal for pets who find travel stressful, multi-pet households and anyone who'd rather the house looked lived in. Bins, mail and plants looked after as part of the stay.

Fresh food and water, clean trays, medication if needed, and time on their terms — some cats want a lap, others want the room left alone.
Seed, fresh water, clean cages and conversation for feathered housemates.
Cage and aviary cleaning, fresh produce, covered nights and out-of-cage time where it's part of their usual routine and safe to do.
Rabbits, guinea pigs and other small pets, cared for gently and carefully.
Hay, greens, water bottles, hutch and enclosure cleaning, temperature checks on hot Melbourne days, and handling only as much as your pet enjoys.
Optional food prepared for the stay, agreed around your dog's usual diet and individual needs.
We discuss every ingredient, portion, allergy and sensitivity before including prepared food. Nut allergies are specifically recorded, preparation areas and utensils are cleaned, and suitability is confirmed as part of the care plan. You are always welcome to send your dog's usual food instead.
We welcome enquiries for both, subject to suitability. Some very young or very frail pets are better off with specialist or veterinary care, and we'll tell you honestly if we think that's the case.
Enquiries welcome for puppies, subject to suitability. Tell us about toileting, crate use, vaccination stage and how long they can comfortably be left.
Enquiries welcome for older pets, subject to suitability. Share their medication schedule, mobility, and anything that helps them feel steady in a new place.
